How it works

Request your audit. Fill in the short form below. Please don't include any patient information.

Quick intro call. A 15-minute call to understand your practice, systems and goals.

Sign a BAA. Before we see any data, we both sign a Business Associate Agreement, as HIPAA requires. It's sent by secure e-signature.

Give secure, limited access. You create a dedicated, read-only user for us in your EHR or clearinghouse, so you never share your own password. You can switch it off anytime.

We review your claims. We look only at the billing data needed for the audit, usually within 5-7 business days.

Get your results. We walk you through the findings on a call and send a written summary with no patient details. If you decide not to continue, we remove our access and delete any working files.
